Having issues with the adding a mega menu

I have used this theme a few times and used the documentation this morning but the options that are needed are not being shown. Not sure where im going wrong.

First of all, as soon as you add a menu item, you need to save the menu. Please read and follow the instructions: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/create-menu-2/
If you follow the instruction and menu item has not been saved, find the possible reason here:https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/menu-doesnt-save-custom-fields/

First thing is what i tried before, the extra menu part for the mega menu isnt showing up.
Second is all fine ive checked.

Please check the issue in conditions of the deactivated plugins. Deactivate the plugins not related to the theme.
