Having main menu item go to custom page if clicked on instead of shop page

Having main menu item go to custom page if clicked on instead of shop page while still having custom html menu block. Please see attached for good description.

In the screenshot I am referencing the item circled in red. Address Plaque in the main menu on the side is currently a product menu item, i would like the word Address Plaque go to a custom categories menu while the items in the html block that pull out when hovering over the word Address Plaque still act as they should in the attached shot.

Using the Custom link in the menu you can write any page title and insert any page URL. If you mean redirecting, you will have to search for a plugin. https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Menu_User_Guide
