    Hi,

I have tried having full import. The progress showed completed without any error. However, the front-page isn’t displaying itself like your demo. Please check the TEST URL:

    TEST URL:
    https://www.prillicious.com

Additionally, it’s test site only, where I’m importing demos, checking them and tweaking.
I don’t want to install the demo on the production (https://www.shinycrafts.com). I would just add/update the code on the production once I’m OK with the test output.

    Thanks

    Hi,

We see that you imported Basel dummy content before and that is why your page seems to be broken. We suggest you to reinstall everything from scratch and import WoodMart dummy content on a fresh installation.

    Hi,

I’m confused. How is it possible to import Basel dummy content rather the WoodMart dummy from Woodmart -> Base import page?

You had Basel theme installed earlier and imported its dummy content, not WoodMart.

    Hi,

Thanks this worked. Just a little issue. In your demo:
    https://woodmart.xtemos.com

The header menu appears only when a user scrolls little up while it’s sticky on the top for me. How to make the header menu appear only scroll upside?

    Hello,

Try to change the sticky effect in the Header builder as shown https://gyazo.com/6ddea422f00f2f08c927334068b734fe

    Hi,

I have tried as you shown in the link to make header appear on scroll up like your demo. However, we can postpone the implementation until I add some real product data.

Till then can you please check the issue below? This is needed in the mobile devices only.

I have removed the Search input from mobile menu by unchecking “Show search form”.
I have added a search icon before the Add to Cart button.
When I tap on the search icon, it opens the mobile menu.
I expect it to open the full-screen/dropdown search input and further display AJAX search result.

Or behave like the search input that resides in the mobile menu (currently disabled).
Or it can expend the input, overlapping components in the same row and display AJAX result.

    How do I attend that?

    Thanks

    Hello,

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme, switch to the parent theme, if you use the child and provide your site admin access to the private area OR confirm the permit to deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme for the period of checking what may take up to 20 minutes.

    Best Regards
