Head/Footer menu not saving

When i try to make changes to my header or footer menu there seems to be no effect when i hit save. What could cause this?

It could be a cache issue, did you clear the cache after making changes?

I was able to get it to work after saving it a few times however the mobile menu is still messed up. When i choose show categories, it shows a the menu in the categories location and no menu on the left side where it should be. When i turn categories off it shows no menu at all.

Navigate to Appearance -> Menus -> select the mobile menu and set it as “Mobile Side Menu” here – https://prnt.sc/ccnjXa_NaxqE, then clear the site/browser cache and recheck the issue.

Thats exactly my point – i can only make changes to the first line. The other 2 cant be edited using the visual editor.
