On product pages ONLY, please tell me how to apply a different colour to the header background.

Please paste the below code in Theme Settings -> Custom CSS.

.single-product .whb-header {
    background-color: #fcfaf7;
    padding-bottom: 40px;
    margin-bottom: 0;
}
