My header and footer randomly disappeared when creating a new page.

I see the same problem happen for two others recently here: https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/not-showing-header-and-footer-in-new-pages/

I have disabled all 3rd party plugins and tried viewing in a new browser.

Hello,

Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
WPBakery page builder

Thank you in advance

Hi, all plugins are disable and the problem still exists.

I’ve added our login.

You have disabled header and footer for that page in WPBakery page builder https://gyazo.com/8731c09a1e9df8da22b61a7363b501ef
