Header Banner Close Button & Redirect Link Option is not working

Can you please let me know how to make the header banner link clickable and the close button workable?

Navigate to Theme Settings > General > Header banner to put banner link and enable Close button.

Hi there , I have tried the same and the functionality doesn’t work even though the close button symbol is showing.

same goes for clickable link

It caused by overflow attribute from Smart Slider https://prnt.sc/0mAapAavmNxf, I disabled and the banner works now.
