Header Banner is ON but doesn't show up on web-site.

The problem is this:
1) I’ve switched on Header Banner (as shown on 1st screenshot)
2) When I’m using Settings – I can see the banner and it seems to be ok (as shown on 2nd screenshot)
3) When I’m opening web-site as usual visitor – there is no Header Banner (as shown on 3rd screenshot).
What is the problem with it? I’ve already tried to clean all caches but it doesn’t solve the issue.

Hello,

I saw the screenshots you attached. Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate parent theme.

Then clear cache and check back. If the problem continues then provide admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
