Header Banner issue

Hello,

I turned off the Header Banner in Theme settings > General > Header Banner, but I am still seeing the header banner. This screenshot (https://tinyurl.com/2o55vgo5) was taken in incognito, so it isn’t cached. I also checked the header builder and promo pop-up and can’t seem to find a way to turn this off.

How do I turn this off?

Hi, I have attached that information. To be clear, a user only see this on the first time on the site, so it’s best to check on incognito.

Also, I have disabled all third-party plugins except Elementor and Contact form 7.

I found the “Header banner” option activated in theme presets: https://prnt.sc/Q_TbJlhBxdak , please disable it and check the issue again.
