Header banner not visible on all browsers and mobile

I created a header banner at Theme settings > General > Header banner and uploaded a .svg file. In Chrome webbrowser I’m able to view the banner, see attachment. However, when opening the website in another webbrowser or on mobile, the banner isn’t visible. How can I make sure the banner is visible on every type of device and webbrowser?

I see the same when I log in and when I log out.
