We suggest you upload your image as a background in Theme Settings. And write text not on the image but as a simple text instead.

Sorry, but we don’t understand what do you mean. Don’t use WPBakery page builder there at all. Add your image background via Theme Settings -> Shop -> Header banner -> Banner background.
