Header banner – WPML translation

Hy, we have a problem with Header banner and WPML translation.
In “theme settings” > “shop” > “header banner” there is a option to have a header banner, it offers to link a page via “Banner link” and display a text or html block via “Banner content”.
We would like to know how to translate the “banner content” and to use a different link in “banner link” for different language.

You need to create two HTML blocks each for each language.

Navigate to WPML > String Translation > Choose the admin_text_woodmart_option from the dropdown and find the title and the content block https://prnt.sc/oy62wi

We cannot find the mentioned string in domain string “admin_text_woodmart_option”.
In attachment you can see all the strings that we have.

Reading trough changelog we concluded that in version 4.0 update there is “ADDED: Header banner shortcode translation to WPML”, we are currently on version 3.7.0
Can you please instruct us in which file to add wpml tag for translation of header block?
We are a development agency and we are familiar with wp, wpml and theme template custom code editing.
