Header bottom

hello,i would like to be optional to show or hide the header bottom,so when i click to an button on header, the Header Bottom appear.

1-Header bootom HIDED as default (not disabled,just hided)

2-When i Click to this mobile button, show the Header bottom,
And if I press again,hide, so the button its to Show/Hide

I have yet the header bottom and the ‘button’ to do it, i need the css code to add to this button to make it work

You can hide the header bottom according to the different screens like desktop and mobile. You can check the below screenshot for clarification: https://jmp.sh/4zBRW8W

But it is not possible to display and hide the header bottom with a button.
