Header builder and Woodmart tab didn't appear after installing Woodmart theme

I just installed Woodmart theme and stuck with a problem: On the side menu I haven’t tabs Woodmart and Header Builder. On the upper tab “edit header” I haven’t access to editing thit page too. So I have no way to change header at all. Whan did I do wrong?
It’s the last version of WordPress and all the plugins updated. Thank you!

Please make sure you have installed all the required plugins: Appearance > Install plugins > install and activate. If the problem remains, deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme, check the issue, if the problem occurs, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area
