harpkefamilyfarmParticipantMy header builder tab is empty, and I am seeing some errors on that page in the developer tools console. I tried disabling all plugins and the problem was still there.
Can you please log in and take a look?

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello
Your header builder tab contains nothing and tab is empty because you did not import any content. Even you did not import the base data yet. So to get those headers you need to import the base data from Woodmart >> Base Import >> IMPORT BASE DATA and uninstall the third party plugins currently which are not required by theme. I have seen your console in the header builder page your js scripts are not loaded properly it means that you didn’t upload it to the server correctly or some URLs are wrong in WordPress settings. Also if you write any custom js code in some files then undo those changes to fix the issue.

harpkefamilyfarmParticipantThanks for your reply. Just a clarification…
Your response would make sense if I hadn’t already configured my entire site (and header). But I already have a header in place that I configured using the header builder (before it stopped working). So can you explain what will happen when I “import base data”? Will it overwrite anything? Will I have to start from scratch to create the same header? Will the header on my live site break?September 6, 2019 at 9:34 pm #142450
Elise NoromitMemberHello,
We need more time for investigation of your issue. Please do not make any imports.
Starting from now, these plugins are no longer required: Redux Framework, CMB2, please delete them.
We shall get back to you as soon as possible.
Best Regards

Artem TemosKeymasterPlease, send us your FTP access and disable this plugin https://gyazo.com/0707197e77280a5c44c9322026bf6b1c

harpkefamilyfarmParticipantI deleted that plugin as well as the ones you mentioned in your last comment. Please see private section below for FTP credentials.

Artem TemosKeymasterTry to replace the file
woodmart/inc/admin/assets/js/builder.js
with the following one and clear your browser cache https://drive.google.com/file/d/1x6l-rg3fDZSKRc3o1H7hRQ71Lqaow_SN/view?usp=sharingSeptember 9, 2019 at 8:43 pm #142838
harpkefamilyfarmParticipantThat worked to restore the header builder page. But now all of my theme options have been overwritten. So I am about to redo hours of work. Very frustrating.

harpkefamilyfarmParticipantPlease explain to me how this happened so I understand how to avoid it in the future. I have never had this experience with a theme. Literally HOURS of work customizing my site all down the drain. And it’s a live site so I have no choice but to drop everything and redo it all.

Artem TemosKeymasterActually, we didn’t even visit your Theme Settings page and it can’t be caused by the builder.js file. Probably, you somehow resaved or reset the settings but we didn’t touch that.

harpkefamilyfarmParticipantCould it have been one of the plugins you told me to delete because it used to be required but you said it wasn’t anymore?
September 11, 2019 at 6:25 am #143080
Artem TemosKeymasterWe don’t know what that plugin does but it shouldn’t break anything in the database related to our theme.

harpkefamilyfarmParticipantI’m referring to this comment you sent me earlier on: “Starting from now, these plugins are no longer required: Redux Framework, CMB2, please delete them.”

Artem TemosKeymasterYou need to follow our instruction during the update to be sure that all the settings are safe https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/3-x-4-0-migration-guide/
