    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

    and i dont find retail slider in slider rev plug.

    The retail slider is created with our WoodMart slider and not with Slider Revolution. You can find and customize it in Dashboard -> Slides.

    Please, disable all external plugins that are not related to our theme so we can check the header builder problem.

    Now the Header builder works correctly. It seems like some of the installed plugins conflict with our theme’s header builder functionality.
