    after upgrade to 5.2 version, header builder is not working.

    Hello,

    Please restore the site from the backup.

    Then deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, update them, if the problem remains, restore the site and leave the plugins not activated, provide the site admin access to the private area.
