header builder not works & can't show images

Hi,

I use header builder to edit the home page header, but its not change anything. I have saved the header and there is a notification about it. I change the phone and logo with header builder but its not change anything. And the image preview is not shown.

I saw the screenshots you attached. Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate parent theme.

Clear cache and check back. If the problem continues then provide admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

favicon can show up. but header builder still not working.

I have logged into your website and the header builder is saving changes. You are using a different header for the homepage that’s why the default header changes are not working.

You need to edit the header used in the page to make changes. I have changed the color of the topbar and it’s working absolutely fine on my end.
