Header Builder Problem

Hi,

I am trying to make modification on one of the headers using Header Builder, but it has a problem.

When I try to save the header, it keeps loading indefinitely. So no changes are actually saved. I’ve opened the console and I’ve attached a screenshot of the problem, as well as the saving process (that never ends).

How can I fix this?

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

Please provide your site admin access to the private area.

Deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated for us to check

There are no additional plugins activated. All installtion is related to the theme only.

We see that admin-ajax.php POST requests from our header builder are blocked somehow by your server. Contact your hosting provider and ask to investigate this particular HTTP request when you save the header data. https://gyazo.com/2e09ed354ad3e42c2ccd06af1898fef8
