Header building is not saving logo or any informaton

I am trying to upload a logo and header information but when i save logo just move but no data updating. just showing processing activity.

Try to disable mod_security on your server. It seems to block Header Builder’s “save” requests. Contact your hosting provider for help on this matter.

I disabled the mod_security but problem is same.

Strange, but your server generates 404 error for the Header builder “save” request https://prnt.sc/10iyjpm
We still think that it is blocked somehow for security reasons. Please, consult with your hosting support on this matter.
