I noticed that the header sometimes disappears. This happens randomly and it is impossible to predict on which page it will appear (sometimes on several pages).

I realized that this is 100% related to the caching of the plugin W3 Total Cache

When I clear the Page Cache (in plugin), the problem disappears for a long time.

When excluding from caches, I was guided by the screenshots from here https://xtemos.com/wordpress-performance-optimization-the-ultimate-guide-in-2021/, but this turned out to be not enough

Can you provide me with the entire list of necessary exceptions from caching, or add the current list to the performance tab of the theme settings?

PS. My friends who use this theme also periodically experience this, they said that the problem was also with previous versions of the theme

    Hello,

Is there any chance that you could give me access to the dashboard area so I can have a look at the settings on your website, please?

    Kind Regards

I also have other problems unrelated to this. They concern the widget area.

    1. I see errors in the widget area in the admin (provide a screenshot). I can fix this if I activate the Classic Widgets plugin (plugin).

    2. The new Gutenberg Products block, when added to the sidebar via customize widgets, directly gives errors, which makes it impossible to use it. Therefore, I had to use it through the theme’s HTML block. If you activate Classic Widgets, Gutenberg blocks (including those from the theme) cannot be used.

    Hello,

This https://take.ms/luWGn option works only when your cache plugin supports a separate cache for mobile devices, when it’s not, it will not work properly so I suggest disabling it, clearing the cache and recheck the issue with the header.

    2. Those issues in the Widget area are WordPress bug. Woodmart theme does not cause or influence.

    Kind Regards

Okay. I deactivated this feature and reset the caches. I will observe how it works outside the admin area (caching is disabled when I log in)

There is currently no error with the header design. I think you can close this thread.
