HEADER covers the products on the category pages

My header covers the products on the catergory page
It comes down too low or the products on the page start too high?
Is there a way to fix this or a reason/setting I can do to change it

You need to disable header overlap: Theme Settings > Header > Header above the content “ON”

One more way: to enable page title: Theme Settings > Shop > Shop page layout > Shop title > ON
