header goes under admin menu and Header Banner not working

When my page loads the dev tools shows
class=”whb-header whb-header_708836 whb-sticky-shadow whb-scroll-slide whb-sticky-real”

When I move mouse on page, it shows
class=”whb-header whb-header_708836 whb-sticky-shadow whb-scroll-slide whb-sticky-real whb-sticky-prepared”

After it does this “whb-sticky-prepared” it shifts the header under my admin menu.
I have also found the “Header Banner” not to work, I suspect its sitting under the header perhaps.

I read https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/how-to-enable-header-overlap/ for “Make it overlap” and I do not have this enabled.

Could you please help, its happening on all pages and I think its when I changed from Main header & header bottom, to include top bar

I have included link with ?NC so this isn’t a cached version as we use an accelerator.

Could you please temporarily disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and switch to the parent theme in Appearance -> Themes?

no that is not possible, the site is live
surely you have developed a way by now to ?no-plugin or something to disabled all plugins

In this case, you need to create a staging development copy of your website. There, you will be able to do such kind of experiments without any harm to your production website.
