Header icons are missing

Hi,

After first refresh, all icons ( wish list, compare product, search etc) are missing. I try everything which I found on the forum and didn’t help. Try to generate new css generated file, also try with clear cache but nothing helps.

Can you please provide me some solution for my problem?

I try that scenario like 50 times and still nothing. This are the errors which I’m receiving in Console tab. Please see my attached picture

Can you please check again and tell me what is the problem because obviously saving the Theme Settings, CSS generator and Flush cache doesn’t help.

Did you have a time to check what causing the problem for icons to disappears from my side.

Please take a look and tell me how to fix this, because this project I must to finish until this Friday and I don’t want to spend so much time fixing some minor bugs for missing icons.

Do you have any update about this problem.
According my inspection I can see that after first refresh, URL for icons are redirect to https instead of http and that is causing all problem.

Can you please point me where exactly should I change those 3 URLs and to fix my problem? BTW in General tab URL is set correctly.

Your site should be HTTPS. Now your site is HTTP. Please check your host support if they can help you install SSL certificate https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/https-security-ssl-issue/

I don’t planning to set my site to be https. Is there other way how to fix the problem with the missing icons?

My website will not contain payment method and I’m not planning to pay additional charges for SSL sertificate.

Please tell me other workaround to fix this bug with icons.

The icons disappear is caused by one of these plugin https://prnt.sc/te1sv0

We have deactivated it and icons are shown: https://prnt.sc/te1tcy

Check the plugin’s settings they influence.

It’s not possible to deactivate those 2 plugins.

If you were able to deactivate them please make the changes and leave it so my site can work properly. I spent all day to remove that plugin using FTP and I was not able.

BTW when I’m clearing the cache and after my first restart icons are present, but after more than 2 refreshes icons disappears.

I remove the wordpress and the theme and install it again. Please try go login and to check what is happening. I have new wordpress credentials. Will post them in private content

Please contact the host support. These plugins do not relate to the WoodMart theme.

They will help to disable them.
