Header menu dropdown not working

Please remove all plugins that are not related to our theme and also remove your custom JS code from Theme Settings -> Custom JS and check the issue again.

How can we use this JS while working with the theme

Sorry, I cannot tell you exactly because it’s third-party code that is not related to the theme. It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
