Header not changing

Hi there,

I can’t understand why the header is not changing.
I’ve tried various things including deleting all header content except the Default header layout as that cannot be removed but it does not show i’ve caching browser cache busting /?sds, clearing server side cache on varnish, also tried different browsers including ffox/IE Edge and chrome and their respective private/inncognito modes.

I have visited your website.

Please make sure that you have set both the addresses the same under Settings >> General.

Then clear the cache and check back.

If the problem continues then deactivate all the third-party plugins and provide admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

Yep, those details are the same in the settings section.
Only your theme plugins + cloudways hosting cache plugin installed – disabled and rechecked, still same.
FYI. I have successfully updated the footer layout so no issues on caching.

I have logged into your website and tried changing the logo and the header is working absolutely fine on my end.
