Header not showing

We took over management for a site using this theme. We had a lot of issues with updates etc. due to some changes made by original creator in the child theme and due to some out-of-date plugins that were no longer supported. So in the end we decided that a fresh start would be more beneficial, so we actually know what is going in.

We started this a week or 2 ago, only using plugins we trust (a decent number of installs and regular/recent update).

After the WordPress 5.7 update, the header doesn’t show up anymore. It is just not there. making a new one or switching defaults in the header builder doesn’t do anything.

There are no errors in the log. Enabling wp debug only shows a notice: WP_Scripts::localize was called incorrectly. The $l10n parameter must be an array. (Something that I assume comes from a plugin that isn’t yet updated to 5.7) And its a notice not an error.

Please provide your site admin access to the private area. I will check your site.

Please confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes. Please make the full backup of your site.

You say you use the plugins you trust, such a condition does not guarantee full compatibility with our theme, that is why I would like to check the settings and plugins you apply.

Please deactivate all the plugins excepting these ones: https://prnt.sc/10jvcgp and the header would appear: https://gyazo.com/861d469c86d301ff42e784a56ebf97c2 then activate the plugins one by one detecting which one causes the problem.
