tjchamParticipantThe product search box in the header does not show results for products. Gives 404 error for no results, but widget prodcut search shows the results in the language.
Using Polylang and Hyyan which I know you don’t support, but there must be simple fix for the search to pick up the language?January 13, 2020 at 10:34 am #167660Hello,
As you are using Polylang and Hyyan plugins and you face the issue with the search box in the header. Seems that Polylang is not compatible with our theme. We have not tested this plugin that is why we cannot guarantee smooth and proper working.
I suggest you to use WPML plugin for multi language purpose, as our theme fully compatible with WPML.
You can also read and follow the below documentation:

tjchamParticipantYour suggestion of trying WPML destroyed our site. Incompatible with other plugins and workflows we use.
Moved back after months of work to Polylang. It works fine in your theme except for the ajax search suggestions that show as your type – which is a nice feature.
We managed to get search to work for non ajax suggestions, but your ajax search result suggestions when you click to to visit the product there is no language in the url link.
If you us e the search and press return the url looks like this which is correct ../fr/?s=slim&post_type=product
If you click the product in the drop down then the langauge fr is not included…
Any hint how to add the url to the suggested ajax search results?
March 25, 2020 at 7:26 am #182142Hello,
Can you please send me the WP admin login details of your site so I will check the issue and try to give you the possible solution for this. Actually, the issue is related to the Polylang not our theme so it is better to ask the plugin author support for this issue. They will guide you properly and set the plugin settings in your site for ajax search or search result page langauge.
As you know the support policy that we only give our dedicated support for the theme related issues not for the 3rd party plugin settings issues. I hope you can understand our limitations and policy.
Best Regards.

tjchamParticipantPolylang support say it is another plugin or theme element not adding the language part to the url…
The plugin Ajax Search for WooCommerce works fine in all languages, and we have removed your search which is a shame.
March 26, 2020 at 8:17 am #182406Hello,
As I mentioned in my previous reply this is a third party plugin issue we haven’t tested our theme with the polylang plugin. We could not help you with this, This is out of our scope.
Best Regards.
