Headers builder is not working

Hi Team,

I recently migrated the website to the server.

The problem is with the header builder… when I add a new header or update the existing one or even import any header it shows a loading icon and keeps loading and nothing happens.

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

I tried the method of deactivating all plugins as you mentioned but the problem is still the same, I am not able to do anything in the Header Builder. It Keeps loading.

I’m granting administrator access and all permissions as you requested.

No, it’s not working. I am unable to add or update the header as I mentioned previously.

When I try to do something like add a new header or edit the previous header or import the header it shows a loading icon and keeps loading.

Hello,

Please update the theme and plugins in Appearance > Install plugins.

If the problem remains, disable the child theme and check how it works. Let us know if the problem remains.
