Hello some of pages are not displaying Header, Footer and other sections

Hello, This theme is having some issues I don’t know why on some of the pages it’s not displaying the header, footer, and other sections are not loading. https://epicstationqa.com/shipping-policy/ you can visit this page. even though I am trying to create a new page it also has the same issue.

Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builder

Thank You for your kind reply now it’s working fine. One more issue I am facing one more issue in this theme which is loading speed.
The load time of the website is very slow. Even though I applied all recommendations. I have installed WP Rocket as well, but not improved. Can you please check and guide me on how I can improve it?

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

Yes I have checked with WP default theme “Twenty Twenty-Four” The performance is good.

Performance grade: B 82 (in https://epicstationqa.com/)
And
Performance grade: 80 (in https://pagespeed.web.dev/)

Please check the issue and recommend the best setting If you can solve the issue that would be great.

I followed all the same steps but there is no difference even all images are loading very slowly now.
Can you please check from my dashboard and guide me where I am missing somthing.
