    Where so I control the initial splash pop-up that I see when viewing the site for the 1st time?

    Hello,

    You are able to edit Promo Popup text in admin panel / Theme Settings / Shop / Promo Popup.
    You can also create a HTML Block with Visual Composer and place it’s shortcode to the promo popup text field in Theme Settings.
