Help with Basel Update

    Hi,

    I was in the process of updating theme and its plugins. But my host had some technical issues (unknown to me) and the update of theme and plugins was incomplete and unsuccessful. They advise that the theme/plugin updates be done fresh via SFTP. Please help me as I do not know how to update via backend. I have included ftp access details below.

    Now all the plugins have been updated. The theme is now of the recent version.
