    hi i am facing a problem after install your theme when i do customization after 3 or 4 days later i lose my website menu you can check i install 2 time this theme using same PURCHASE CODE
    and again i istall it after 2 days later i lose menu again i can’t edit menu now https://prnt.sc/rkadcu see that

    please give me the solution

    Hello,

    It seems to be caused by a plugins conflict.

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area
