Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

Please make sure you have installed and activated all the plugins in Appearance > Install plugins. You need to start a Woocommerce wizard. If you have done all, and still have the problem, please provide net WordPress installation and site admin access as well as FTP, I will help to install.
