Hide empty categories in header menu

Hi, I want to hide empty categories from header menu.
What I need to do?
I cant find woocomerce.php file in inc folder

If you mean the “Browse Categories” menu, this menu is edited in Appearance > Menu > Select menu which is used in Category element of the Header Builder and edit the menu.

The search element in the Header builder has the option to show the list of categories existing on the site. This list cannot be edited. Select Categories will shall all the categories. https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/add-edit-builder-elements/
