OK. Which plugins are “not related to the theme” and which theme is “the parent theme?” There are 7 other themes (Bookshop, Galleria, Homestore, Storefront, Stratford, Twenty Twenty, and Varia). Thanks.

Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by Woocommerce.

I doesn’t appear that your theme itself is the cause of the problem. The question is which of the deactivated plugins is your theme not compatible with and causing the problem?
