The issue you are facing is because you have used/added the Custom CSS on your site under Theme Setting >> Custom CSS section and that added CSS is creating an issue on your site: https://screenshot.net/4vexoaq so please remove it and save changes, It will solve your issue.

thats not any custom code we done, thats from the theme ?
we dont have any in our css that has anything to do with text showing. only alighment
That label and the text coming from your custom code not from the theme.
If you are using the child version of your theme then activate your parent version of theme and then check back your site. This will surely fix the issue.
