This is the third time I am writing to you and still no one can answer my question.
I have a problem with categories. When I want to see the subcategories of the “Yerba Mate” category (I have a lot of subcategories in it) then when I want to see more categories, I have to go down a lot. When I do this, all of a sudden the whole sub-category list disappears and muj header comes out. How do I make sure the subcategories (this black list) don’t disappear when I move down?
I have a few questions: where do you show the categories? Do you mean on the shop page? Or do you trying to show the categories by the Product element?
Please provide the page URL with the problem. What categories you would like to see here and provide your site admin access to the private area.
I managed to get over it only after I turned off the sticky header. Now the categories don’t hide, but I wish they wouldn’t disappear when I have sticky header enabled. I can’t bring the topic to private area.
