Home page desktop sidebar cannot close

Hi, can i ask when i click on the sidebar, it doesnt close.

Deactivate 3rd party plugins meaning all the plugins? Also for parent theme means the default theme or?

Also, is there any way I could make the sidebar like mouse hover over and it auto shows the dropdown product categories.

To make the categories open on hover then you need to use the categories module and add it in the header.
