I have visited your website. Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate parent theme.
Then Clear cache and check back.

Deactivate 3rd party plugins meaning all the plugins? Also for parent theme means the default theme or?
Also, is there any way I could make the sidebar like mouse hover over and it auto shows the dropdown product categories.

To make the categories open on hover then you need to use the categories module and add it in the header.
