Home page selection setting is not appearing in “customize theme” section

Dear Concern,
I use to setup home page, from theme customize section, by customizing theme,
but today when i needed, that home page selection setting is not appearing in the “theme costuming” section
will you please guide me that, from where can i select my home page?

I just need to put another page on my home page, but that option isn’t appearing in customization section
