To make your categories block looks as per our demo, you need to increase your WooCommerce images sizes. You can do it in WooCommerce -> Settings -> Products -> Display. Suggested size is 600×600 without Hard crop. After change, you will also need to regenerate all thumbnails with this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/
