Homepage banner missing on mobile view

When viewing the homepage on mobile view, the first homepage banner that displays under the main slider is not displaying on android mobile view. We are able to see it on the iphone 6 view, however android mobile is not displaying the first banner.

2. Hide this column on mobile https://prnt.sc/u4ea1q

3. Remove z-index-10 class from inner columns. https://prnt.sc/u4eaf4
