Thank you for the question.

All you need to do is to increase images sizes in WooCommerce -> Settings -> Products -> Display for your Catalog images and then regenerate all thumbnails using this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/ NOTE that the last category in this element should have rectangular images uploaded (not squared).
