    Hi Xtemos,

Basically we imported demo number 34 which looks like this https://demo.xtemos.com/basel/home-construction/

Our site encountered some tech issues and we had to redo everything but before we did we imported posts, pages, HTML blocks, products, etc to another domain/site.

After a fresh WordPress install, we imported everything back and everything seemed to look OK except for the missing Product Categories Menu on the Homepage and as a drop down in the inner pages are missing.

Tried in vain to find the settings for this if ever there was but didn’t get lucky. Don’t get us wrong but the Categories Menu does exist under Menus it’s just that it’s not being displayed.

Can you take a look please because we need the navigation restored badly and as soon as possible. Our customers are getting lost! We need your help please.

    Thanks

    Hello,

Now your categories are on. This option http://prntscr.com/j15dfm allows setting showing categories in open state. Enter any page editing mode and find it.

If you have any questions contact us.

    Best Regards

Thanks for taking care of this. So you mean to say it’s just a tick box that we failed to see. So this tick box is found where exactly? You’re screenshot doesn’t reveal where?

Oh I almost forgot I need help recreating the Category Sub-menu items similar to the imported demo number 34 which looks like this https://demo.xtemos.com/basel/home-construction/

From what I remember it makes use of HTML blocks and some settings but I forgot the values.

Kindly refer to the screenshot I sent. Thanks!

    Hello,

1/ Navigate to HTML block and create menu using WP Bakery Page Builder. You should have there Menu “Categories” you can use as an example or create yours.
2/ Enter the menu item which you show on the screen and put [html_block id="254"] into Description. 254 – make sure you have put the number of your block.
3/ If you configure Set size, so you can put the values as per your needs or choose “full width”

If you have questions, feel free to contact us.

    Best Regards
