gu634099552ParticipantI just talked about the migration of hosting from Bluehost (because the shopping cart is too slow on this topic) to hosting but the content cannot be installed. Is there a similar response?
They can’t even install the plugin from the link(see picture)

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.
This error is not caused by our theme. Please contact the host support and show them the screen. The reason may be either lack of appropriated capacity or damaged folder you are trying to upload.
As soon as you install the theme, navigate to Appearance > Install plugins, try to install all. Please note that you can activate only one builder either WP Bakery page builder either Elementor.
If you have any problems, provide the net WordPress installation access, specify the builder you want to use I shall help.
The best plugin to migrate site from one host to another is the free All in one WP migrate.
Best Regards

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and try to upload, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area, please advise what demo you want to upload.
