NoireParticipantI understand,
Then that can only mean there is a problem with the theme’s search since other search bars work well with Woocommerce. Also you have not responded to the automatic page scrolling problem. We really need some fixes and progress ASAP as we newly launched our website on Thursday. We cannot afford to be having these problems.
Our page speed is very slow as well. We understand we need to optimize images etc… We tried almost every plugin available. Some of them work great in giving us an almost perfect page speed on GT Metrix. But there always seem to be a conflict with the plugin and your theme. There would be large spaces between content on mobile version and the site would even load slower even though Gt Metrix gives us a great score. I am very confused. I spent so much money trying to fix these problems and they still persist.

NoireParticipantWhen we use WP-Rocket to speed up our site, we start to get these spaces between content on mobile version. We thought it was dokan so we switched but the problem remains.

NoireParticipantPlease let me know if the automatic page scrolling problem has been fixed. I clicked the url and it seems to be, but then I realize that another product page is automatically scrolling.
Also below is how our mobile layout looks when we use WP-Rocket or any other speed plugin.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
As for the product page scrolling, you have already asked about this and got the reply in this topic: https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/page-scrolling-automatically/

NoireParticipantHello,
Sorry I forgot to mention, We already disabled the stick add to cart and the problem was still there.
That’s the reason we raised the issue again. But I apologize for not adding that we disabled it already.June 29, 2020 at 9:50 am #207244
Eric WatsonParticipantHello,
1) As we see the option is still on http://prntscr.com/t8dmwv
2) The indentation problem is related to a third-party lazy loading plugin http://prntscr.com/t8dmcl
Kind Regards

NoireParticipantHello,
1) We disabled the sticky add to cart button. Didn’t know you meant the sticky description. Is there an update coming to fix this, because we like the feature a lot.
2) Will ask my developer to take a look at the indentation problem…Just to be clear about it, Do you suggest we remove that line of code or modify it somehow?
Thank you.

NoireParticipantNow on these links there are no quantity selector options:
https://www.omniverce.com/product/exotica-roll/
https://www.omniverce.com/product/potatoes/
We have some products having quantity selectors and others not having them, we have some pages having scrolling issues and others not having them…What is going on?
https://www.omniverce.com/product/garlic/ (This one has a quantity selector)

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
1. When image block and content block of the same height the problem occur. The code does not know which block is sticky. Try to make the blocks of the different height considerably.
2. Deactivate the third-party image lazy loading image.
3. As for the quantity – make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by Woocommerce.
Best Regards
