Hi,

This menu comes with WooCommerce and can’t be managed in the way other WordPress menus work via Appearance -> Menus. It has the same links as the sidebar menu on my account page. Here is an article that should help you to edit this menu https://rudrastyh.com/woocommerce/my-account-menu.html

Sorry, but you can’t place your categories there. This menu is designed for your account staffs like orders, address, etc.

Why are brands on the home page not all displayed? Are there any criteria to be met?

You can configure which brands to show there with WPBakery Page Builder. Check the number of brands you set to display on the page.
