how can i edit footer

I just find footer 1 column Dark —in html blocks
but for other items, where are them?

thanks … but its on text not html blocks
and footer is on widget not html blocks

ok I fined that …. i can edit html blocks …. but it just show 2 items of footer …. right section
i cant find other list in left side of footer….they are in menu
