How can I have HTML files in this theme?

According to the feature list of this theme
The HTML files related to the design of this theme were not available in the downloaded zip file.
Since I want this theme for use on a non-WordPress web site
How can I have HTML files of this theme?

Our theme is based on and destined for WordPress only. You can view HTML in the “View source file”, however, there is no folder with pure HTML templates.
